Coordinated by UBC researchers Phanuel Antwi, Joel Bakan, Kevin McNeilly, Dylan Robinson, and Tom Scholte, IICSI UBC is a central site for IICSI and for the “Improvising Futures” (SSHRCC Partnership grant, 2022-2027) project activities in Vancouver, British Columbia. IICSI UBC works in partnership with Carnegie Community Centre, Coastal Jazz and Blues Society, Western Front, 8East, Vancouver Improvised Arts Society, and the University of British Columbia.
